... A Pregnancy Reflexology Treatment

If you have never had a reflexology treatment with me before, here is what you can expect:
During the first treatment I will go through a consultation with you, asking specific questions about how you are feeling, how your pregnancy is progressing and any health issues that you may have. During this time, your feet will be soaking in a relaxing foot spa with warm water. This normally lasts about 15 minutes.
Then I will make you comfortable on my reflexology couch, ensuring you are well supported with lots of pillows.
The treatment itself lasts about 50 minutes and is a quiet time for you to enjoy deep relaxation and take time out from your busy life, and enjoy special time to connect with your baby.
As reflexology is a non-invasive treatment, only your feet are exposed, and only one at a time. And don't worry - the treatment is not tickly! Some of my clients who attend most frequently told me on their first visit that they have very ticklish feet, but they found that the pressure and techniques that I use during a treatment are very different and feel good and very comfortable.
I am also a professionally trained aromatherapist and have created my own range of pregnancy-specific aromatherapy balms and body products, which I use during your treatment.
